Presenting Sponsor Rodeo Arena Indoor Stage

The rodeo arena will host the three major concerts of the weekend and Sunday morning service. The concerts are on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights starting at 9:30pm with one headliner artist per night. With 5000 seats and standing room on the floor this will be a sold‐out production. This sponsorship will include signage, VIP concert tickets all three nights, digital signage, handouts at the arena gates, name on all concert tickets, onsite presence, and 20 VIP passes. The investment cost for this package is $125,000.00

Presenting Sponsor Outdoor Stage

The outdoor stage will be hosting music on all four days. This stage will also be hosting The Search For Miss Bombshell along with Local radio MC’s. Outdoor music will start at 11:00am with local artists along with headlining artists. This sponsorship will include signage, 20 VIP concert tickets all three nights, onsite presence, and digital signage. The investment cost for this package is $125,000.00

FIREWORK SPONSOR

We will be having a professional firework display on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights after the major concert. The fireworks will start at 11:30pm and run to about 11:50pm. Each night we will have a firework sponsor. Your nightly sponsorship will include, *signage day of, digital signage day of, 6 VIP concert tickets for the night of, onsite presence, and a booth on vendor row for the four days. The investment cost for this package is $20,000.00 per night.

Daily Sponsor

A daily sponsor will be sponsoring one of the four days of the event. Each day there will be a new sponsor. With your sponsorship, you will have signage at both gates for the sponsored day. You will also have a presence at both gates, handing out gift bags with your logo on them, 4 VIP concert tickets for the night of, and a premium booth spot on vendor row for the 4 days. The investment cost for this package is $10,000.00 per day.

Sponsor and Vendor Appreciation Night, Sponsor

Wednesday we will be hosting a party with live music and dinner in the climate‐controlled exhibit hall on the grounds. This is a great way to network with all the vendors, sponsors, and talk about upcoming events. There are many levels of this sponsorship including, music, food, alcohol, table, servers, and stage rental. If you or your company are interested in this sponsorship it could include Financial or In‐Kind sponsorships. Please reach out to our team to discuss.

Corporate Sponsor

Package includes *signage, digital signage, 6 VIP concert tickets all three nights, 6 VIP access at our climate‐controlled VIP area, 40X40 lighted tent in our large vendor area, and 20amp power. Your logo on 2500 BlastPass cards. Company inserts in the gift bags. The investment cost for this package is $20,000.00

Diamond Sponsor

Package includes **signage, digital signage, 4 VIP concert tickets all three nights, 4 VIP access at our climate‐controlled VIP area and a 10X30 vendor spot on vendor row. The investment cost for this package is $15,000.00

Platinum Sponsor

Package includes ***signage, digital signage, 2 VIP concert tickets all three nights, 2 VIP access at our climate‐controlled VIP area and a 10X20 vendor spot on vender row. The investment cost for this package is $10,000.00

Gold Sponsor

Package includes digital signage, 2 VIP concert tickets all three nights, 2 VIP access at our climate‐controlled VIP area and a 10X20 vendor spot on vendor row. The investment cost for this package is $7,500.00

Silver Sponsor

Package includes digital signage, 2 VIP concert tickets 2 nights, 2 VIP access at our climate‐controlled VIP area, and a 10X20 vendor spot on vendor row. The investment cost for this package is $5,000.00

Bronze Sponsor

Package includes digital signage, 2 VIP concert tickets one night, 2 VIP access at our climate‐controlled VIP area and a 10X10 vendor spot on vendor row. The investment cost for this package is $2,500.00

Bar rally Tents

The bar tents are intended so that local, and other popular establishments can have a presence at the Rally. This includes a 20X20 tent with lighting, tables, chairs, and a bar. You can add banners and signage to the outside of the tent, and decorate the inside. You and your staff may sell merchandise from that designated area. We will supply the license, alcohol, sodas, water, ice, and card readers. You will need to staff the tent on all four days when the gates open till close. All sales with the exception of merchandise and tips are property of Bombshell Rally’s.
